Third Street Promenade Occupancy is a civic documentary project and interactive visualization tool that maps the current retail landscape of Santa Monica's Third Street Promenade. This map provides an up-to-date snapshot of ground level business activity along the Promenade, from Wilshire Boulevard to Broadway, showing which spaces are occupied, vacant, coming soon, or hosting short-term (pop-up) tenants.

Each business location is represented by a color-coded marker indicating its current status, and includes storefront photos that can be viewed by clicking on an address.
